From my first conversation over the phone with Ed until the pictures were taken, he stayed clear with his communication about his method, allaying all my doubts over the matter, remained accessible even past normal working hours, and was forward-thinking on his requirements for the day, showcasing his experience. He took a personal liking to the purpose of me wanting the event captured which made me feel good as well as confident he would turn up on the day. He was open to the different kind of demand I had - in my case, I needed the photos projected onto a wall, there and then, serving as a large viewing surface for attendees. He reassured me he'd done something similiar quite recently before, so what i was now asking for was doable, but he'd have to prepare. Prepared he was. He was early on the day and polite. A few little niggling problems at the event were quickly sorted by him. I was a little indecisive about what I wanted so Ed visually took me through the options I had. I ended up settling on something I hadn't envisioned prior but it looked great on the day. He also offered auxillary assistance, marking down my athletes' scores which I was initially doing but which was prolonging the process. Nice one Ed. I'd recommend.
